When your order is placed, a docket will be set up along with your account.

As soon as this is received we will send you your order. All our products are in compliance with all Belgian regulations.

Any placing of an order implies, on the part of the purchaser, the acceptance, without reservation, of the present general conditions of sale. None of the clauses entered on the order form or on any correspondence which reaches us from our purchasers may, consequently, detract from them, unless otherwise stipulated to the contrary in express and precise terms in the wording of our offers or acceptances.

The goods are sent at the risk and cost of the addressee/purchaser even when dispatched franco and whatever the method of dispatch.

On arrival, it is for the customer to verify the state of the goods before unloading. He alone is competent to express reservations to the carrier. Unless otherwise agreed, no goods supplied and accepted are taken back.

In the case of non-conforming delivery or delivery subject to dispute, any claim must be sent to us in writing within eight days following receipt of the goods. Our guarantees are limited to those provided by our manufacturers.

If goods are taken back by virtue of the present clause, all sums already paid by the purchaser shall remain the property of the vendor by way of damages.

4.1 : Any dispute with regard to invoices shall be within the sole competence of the courts of Verviers.

4.2 : Only Belgian law shall be applicable.
