The Gueuze is a 100% soft Lambic beer.

The "Faro Perte Totale" is a beer made of 50% old Lambic and 50% young Lambic in which we added herbs and sugar.

The Kriek is a spontaneous fermentation beer, made with old and young Lambic matured in oak barrels. We use 200g of cherries per liter of beer.

The "Framboise" is a spontaneous fermentation beer, made with old and young Lambic matured in oak barrels. We use 200g of raspberries per liter of beer.
